The international standard ISO/IEC 27701:2019 extends the standard ISO 27001:2013 applied by our company. It is implemented to expand the existing Information Security Management System (ISMS) with additional requirements specializing in personal data protection. In this way, our company has developed a complete Information Security and Personal Data Management System.

fsociety’s certification, according to ISO/IEC 27701:2019, concerns all its business activities. These include the following services:

f society emphasizes the secure management and processing of personal data of its customers, partners, and employees. The development and implementation of an integrated Information and Personal Data Security Management System further reinforces the existing practices followed by f society at the local level, as a natural continuation of the procedures followed by the company internationally to secure the personal data it processes.

ISO / IEC 27701:2019 sets out the requirements for managing personal data and provides guidelines for both Controllers and Processors according to the processing of personal data. In this way, f society aims to ensure the protection of the personal data of its employees, customers, and associates in addition to information security.

The Privacy Policy of the Personal Information Management System (PIMS) states:

• the commitment of the administration,
• responsibilities and roles,
• constant commitment to improvement,
• issues regarding the goals for privacy.

The implementation framework of the Personal Information Management System is determined but not limited by the General Data Protection Regulation.
